We all have that anxiety ridden moment (or maybe it’s just me) of deciding what book to read next. Maybe it’s that next book in the series you’re halfway through. Maybe it’s the one that’s been on your shelf for almost a year. Maybe it’s the book you bought on a whim. But like most people, I have at least 100 books I own that I haven’t read yet. And while I only have about 20-30 books here with me at school (plus the 40 some on my kindle), the anxiety about choosing what book to read next is really high sometimes. There are so many! I want to read them all but I can’t really handle reading more than 2 or 3 at a time. I did 4 in September and it was … too much. So many choices and all the decisions to make! So how you do choose what book to read next? What do you have planned to read this month?
What I have planned to read (which may not be what I actually read) is:
- The Enchantress– Michael Scott (book 6 of the Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel series)
- Alas, Babylon – Pat Frank
- A Clash of Kings – George R. R. Martin (book 2 of a Song of Ice and Fire series)
