Rating System

On top of the traditional star system (★★★★★), I will be using an emoticon rating system adapted from Geeky Book Snob. While the designs were made by bad-blood on deviantART, it was Geeky Book Snob’s idea to turn them into a rating system. Below are the emoticons and my meaning for them.
Sometimes stars just aren’t enough to convey how I feel about a book.

Droooool – Such a good book that I want more of it.

 Meh – It was okay but nothing special.

 Mmm… – This was a nice heart-warming read. 

Mind blown! – I can’t even put feelings into words. Life will never be the same.

 Ouch – This book just hurt my head.

 Holy shitballs Batman! – What just happened?! Oh god! Scarred for life and won’t be able to sleep for days. 

Ewww… – something about this book just made my stomach churn. Not for the faint of heart.

 THIS IS THE BEST THING EVER! – This book is so amazing that everyone needs to read it!

Huh? – Did that just really happen?

All the feels! – How could you do that author? I don’t know what to do with all these feels!

Seriously? – Really book? Really? Just…. ugh why did I keep reading?

Can’t breath! – This book is just so bloody hilarious!

Snooooore – this book was just so boring. Nothing special, nothing new. 

 Quoi? – What…This makes no sense…what the hell.

 WTF?! – My rage burns with the fire of a thousand suns! I want to punch a wall! I want to throw the book against that wall! How dare you, book?! How. Dare. You.

Swoon – I’m absolutely in love with this book. love love love it!

Doh! – It seemed like it would be so good but then showed me its true colors. I was tricked!
